At the bottom of the design, the word ‘LËTZEBUERG’ designating the issuing country is depicted, as well as the wedding date ‘20.Oktober 2012’. The monogram (letter ‘H’ with a crown) is a representation of the Grand Duke Henri. The coin’s outer ring bears the 12 stars of the European flag.
